Eric Yoder

Eric Yoder is an attorney who began his legal career here at Rehm Law as a Law Clerk in 2023. Now an Associate Attorney, Eric specializes in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Employment Law. He is committed to a client-first approach to practice that emphasizes the unique needs of individual plaintiffs as they navigate life after injuries or adverse employment actions.

Eric graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2020 from Temple University focused on Marketing and Legal Studies. In 2025, Eric earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law concentrating in litigation with a strong emphasis on the needs of employment plaintiffs. While earning this degree, Eric received a mediation certification, participated in Nebraska OUTLaw, and dedicated substantial time to the Nebraska Housing Justice Clinic. His intention through both legal education and extra curricular interests was to facilitate effective services for clients of all backgrounds holistically and with the individualized attention required for every legal matter.

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Eric found himself happily committed to life in Nebraska, serving this state’s residents for decades to come. Outside of the office, he is an ardent fan of Husker sports, specifically volleyball and football. Playing frequently in his own time, he spent several years in law school coaching youth volleyball, becoming further acquainted with Nebraska’s sport culture. He believes that an effective foundation for legal service in any state can be built through consistent involvement in its culture and community, and this is especially true in Nebraska.
