Jon Rehm is committed to advocating for those injured on the job, discriminated at work and those injured through the carelessness of others. In 20 years of practice, Jon has tried countless bench trials in the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court, several jury trials, appellate arguments and administrative hearings in state and federal courts.

Jon strives to help his clients obtain the best possible recovery in difficult situations. He also aims to make sure his clients understand the often complicated legal process.

Jon likes to write and has been published in Trial Magazine and the Nebraska Lawyer. He uses his writing skills to benefit his clients. One of his other favorite tasks with clients is preparing them to testify in depositions and trial. Jon uses a simple approach honed over 20 years of representing clients from every walk of life.

When he isn’t working, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and son. One of his favorite outside of work activities is helping coach his son’s flag football team. Jon graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law and was born and raised in Lincoln, but he has enjoyed his regular travels across the state of Nebraska in his law practice.
