Roger D. Moore

Roger joined Rehm, Bennett, Moore, & Rehm P.C., L.L.O., in 2000 and became a shareholder in 2003. Roger received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1994 and his law degree from the Nebraska College of Law in 1997. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Nebraska and Iowa. Roger’s practice currently emphasizes Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Appeals and Personal Injury.

Roger and his children reside in Omaha. Roger has been active in the community as a Mason and as a youth select sports coach for several years. In addition to community involvement, Roger is a member of the National Organization for Social Security Claimant’s Representatives, Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, the Omaha Bar Associations and the Iowa and Nebraska Bar Associations.

Roger’s hobbies and interests include following all University of Nebraska-Lincoln sports, collegiate and professional football, college baseball, golf, history and a good cigar. He also enjoys vacationing in Cancun, Mexico where he continues to develop his somewhat limited knowledge of the Spanish language.
